After having my second child I tried very hard to get into shape. At first it was easy, but I found it became harder and harder after putting everyone before myself. I lost myself, I became depressed, I didn’t know who I was and after working long hours, taking care of family, business and others I found my happiness in food! I ate out a lot because it was quick. I’d treat myself to expensive meals and snacks because that was one of the fastest and easiest things to get ahold of.

One day I looked in the mirror and I asked myself how did I let myself go, I knew that getting myself back and getting into shape was something I had to do for myself, I knew that the only way it would get done, was for me to take action and get serious about wanting to better myself.
